Accent display problem

Thought i had posted my question but I don't see it, so I think it didn't go through. Sorry for the double post if it has.
A send email task that has been used for many years now has display problem with french accented characters
The words
ont été créés
display as
ont �t� cr��s.
I have tried using the TXT UTF-8 function without success.
Can you help me please ?

Where do you see this problem?
May I see an example of your task?
What version of RoboTask are you using?

Hello,
As the problem only occurs when sending an email into something called mail integration in a specific application, the problem is obviously not with Robotask. Using the same task to send an email to my address does not cause a problem.
I have solved the problem by re-creating the task exactly as it was from scratch.
I have updated RT to 10.6.4 this week, but the problem started when I was running previous version. The other application has not been updated since last october and the problem started mid december.
Also strange, the problem occurs on multiple robotask machines (task might have been copied/imported from original machine, but that was many years ago). So it has something to do with the combination of RT and that other application.
