black rectangle instead of a window snapshot when screen off
Hi, I am trying to use Robotask to make snapshots of the specific application window on my laptop (Window 7 Pro, 64). Also I use Windows "Power saving" native functionality, including the option to turn off the display after the specific period of inactivity (I suppose the most laptops use...

Robotask conflicts with Sysinternals Deskop
Hi! Has anyone tested Robotask under Windows 7 system, where Sysinternals Deskop https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/desktops by Mark Russinovich virtual desktops software is installed? Robotask applies its actions in a quite odd and unexpectable way to apps and windows, which ar...

wake up OS from sleep/suspend automatically to run the task
Hi! Is it possible to make RoboTask to wake up the computer from sleep/suspend (not from hybernation!) mode in order to run a task? Well, I see, that there might be some contradiction here, because when the computer is sleeping, all apps are suspended, aren't they? But it seems, that acually the thi...

Re: Task Scheduling and Cyclic
If I use Scheduler I can use Start and End time but can't use step less then 1 minute. Well, that's exactly what I need - to start some app every 5 minute during certain time interval (since 12.00 till 15.00). Thus according to spasobn's statement it should be possible. But I can not find, how to d...

Re: option to launch or skip the suspended tasks
I think you mean Scheduler trigger. You are right: if trigger missed one (or more) time-points it try to start the task in as soon as possible. ... Thank you for the report. We'll investigate the problem and will make necessary changes. HI! This is your comment 3 months ago... Do you still consider...

Re: Windows 7 system specific services related tasks (as dwm
see screenshot, Start, Run, Services.msc and DWM is clearly one of the services started and listed Yes, it is surely started and listed in OS's services manager window. But not in the RoboTask's list of the available services (see screenshot in my first post). Why? Is there any way to add this serv...

Windows 7 system specific services related tasks (as dwm.exe
Actions -> Add -> Select Actions -> For Windows NT/2000/XP. But what about later systems specific services? Say, under Windows 7 I could not find from this list the system service Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe). Well, AFAIK there was no this service in older Windows NT/2000/XP. Is there any option...

Re: How to switch on or switch off CapsLock
Yes, that's right. I hate CapsLock and never use it intentionally. So I widh, that when I accidentally press CapsLock or when it does some application, RoboTask should immediately react to changing the status of CapsLock and switch it off again. See the example below. I just attached the expression...

Re: How to switch on or switch off CapsLock
This task doesn't have any triggers. So you should run this task manually. Well, I see now. However isn't it confusing, that two of the three manually running methods do not work? What do you exactly want to do? I think that you want to turn CapsLock off automatically. Correct? Yes, that's right. I...

Re: How to switch on or switch off CapsLock
The prepared task is here: http://www.robotask.com/samples/Turn%20off%20Capslock.tsk The task is very simple and contains only three steps. Save the task into a file and use menu Task->Import to import into RoboTask Thank you. I've imported the task according your instructions, but it does not do a...
