I've tried that, but I think my problem stems from the fact that I am opening a Remote Desktop session on another computer and RoboTask does not recognize when a window is open on that other server.
Thanks for getting back with me....

How do I handle info box?
Hello all, I'm using RoboTask to automate some reports for my boss. One of the reports requires entering a beginning date and and ending date. The ending date defaults to todays date. However, I have to enter the beginning date, which is no problem. Since the report is a Month To Date report, I ...

Opening Web Browser from Service
Ack! Well that just about makes RoboTask unusable for me. I need the ability to run browser related jobs overnight when the console will most likely be locked. I've "trialed" another product that has successfully worked, but that software costs around $900. I was looking for something ...

Opening Web Browser from Service
Hi all, I'm new to RoboTask. I have a need to automate a task which involves opening a web page, logging in, then saving the resulting page to the local harddrive. This task needs to take place at a scheduled time (say 1:00 am) when no user is logged into the system. Can RoboTask open a browser s...
