i figured it out!  Create another task. Add > Task Commands > Stop Task.It will ask for the name of your task.  Select it on the drop down.  Now go to Triggering Events tab and put a hotkey on it.  Now, whenever my task goes awry, I just hit my hotkey and it will stop the task.Good luck.
