Installation of Robotask-Service
Hello Oleg, I am trying to install and run Robotask as a service. On the current virtual server it seemed to work: The service ran, the Robotask application connected to the service. But the next day the situation was different: without me changing anything, the Robotask application could no longer ...

Re: VB Script
First of all, I need to get the scripts after our old server is completely lost.
I think, I need to open the tasks via Notepadd++ and copy the scripts from there.

VB Script
Hello,
I have opened a task with Robotask 9.1 that contains a VB script action (Robotask version 7.6.5), and instead of the script I see only "(Unknown) Internal basic script" (see attachment).
What can I do to get the script back?
Thank you.

Re: Special characters
In the time between I upgraded to the most recent version with installing some versions in between and now we are using 7.6.3.990 and it's working fine!
May be something went wrong during the first installation.
I hope it's definitely fixed now....

Re: Special characters
Hello Oleg, I deinstalled Robotask 7.6.2.988 and installed 6.7.0.907 (the version we did use before on the old server). There was nothing else changed on the new Win2019 server. Now we get the special characters in our output-files again. My opinion now ist, that probably Robotask is causing the pro...
