RoboTask Service manager - version 8.6
Hi,
Regarding RoboTask Service Manager (version 8.6).
Do you no longer have to install RoboTask Service?
I don't see the button for that.
Do you have to enter an IP address in the field Bind to IP?
Which IP address should it be?
Is port 5501 default?
Thnak you in advance
Kind regards,
Martin

Print PDF files automatically
Hello, We have RoboTask 6.7.2.911 running on a Windows server. We want to create a task that continuously looks for PDF files in a specific folder. We want the PDF files to be printed automatically to a specific printer. When the PDF files have been printed we want them to be moved automatically to ...

Remove/Delete confirmation alert box
Hi, As far as I remember you don't have to confirm that you actually want to remove/delete when you click the Remove/Delete button/function on a task or on an action. I suggest implementing a No/Yes confirmation alert box for the Remove/Delete button/function. Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Mar...

Print documents with specific software
Hello, Regarding the action Print Document: I have watched the video on https://youtu.be/3USdgKhKbJc . Can I use the parameters below if I want to tell RoboTask to use LibreOffice to print PDF files in a specific folder? {libreoffice --writer}{C:\RoboTask\Test_ind\*.pdf}. https://help.libreoffice.or...

Print PDF files using wildcards
Hello, As far as I can see you can not use wildcards like *.* or *.pdf in command lines with Adobe Reader, Foxit PDF Reader or Sumatra PDF. Correct me if I am wrong. Wildcards seem to work with LibreOffice. I have tried to use the action Print Document with Foxit PDF Reader instead of command line. ...

Re: RoboTask has stopped printing
Maybe PCL Drivers have to be enabled in the PDF reader (Foxit). I must have a closer look at that. How to Enable PCL Drivers: https://kb.foxitsoftware.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042530672-How-to-Enable-PCL-Drivers Konica Minolta - Specifying the default print settings: https://manuals.konicaminolta.eu...

Re: RoboTask has stopped printing
RoboTask seems to have a problem when printing to Konica Minolta printers.
It works with HP and Lexmark printers.
Does RoboTask print to Konica Minolta printers in a different way?
Could it be a driver issue of some way?
Thank you on advance.
Kind regards,
Martin

Re: RoboTask has stopped printing
Hi Oleg
Thank you for your comments.
Maybe we should try to re-install
a PDF reader. If so we will have to
edit the task for the current PDF Reader.
You don't think we will have to upgrade
to the new version of RoboTask?
