Without going into too much detail as to why I have to do this, I want to explain what I want to do. I want to create a table where each row is a sql command I want to run. These could be queries, possibly with parameters, could be inserts, deletes. I would like to be able to loop thru these records...

I set the variable up, however in the DBOpen and in the dataset loop I don't appear to be able to use a variable for the Connection String.

I put {EDDDB} which is the name of the User Global Variable in the Connection String but it doesn't work when I Test it.

I connect to a mysql database quite often in my scripts. Is there a way to set a global variable with the connection string and use that when I connect to my database server? It the program itself I tried to update but it said no newer version existed, but I downloaded and installed from the website and all is good.

Using RoboTask 9.5.1.1109 x64

I have some task steps that I no longer want.

If I highlight the task step, right click and say Delete, it won't delete the step.

Seems like I must be doing something simple wrong.
