Trigering Events - Scheduler
I had mentioned in 2007 my need to be able to schedule tasks every "n" weeks. This is a feature of the Windows built-in scheduler and with the advanced features of this scheduler I was disappointed in your response and see that in version 5.02, this simple change to the scheduler has not ...

Task Scheduling
This looks like coding to me which seem overly complicated to do a simple thing.
Since this is not something RoboTask will support in the scheduler, I am forced to use the windows scheduler which does this type of scheduling to kick off the Robotask job.

Task Scheduling
I need to schedule a task every so many weeks, like every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks for example. Is there a way to do that in RoboTask? Currently I use the monthly Task Schedule and once the task executes (I send myself and email notification), I go back into the task and re-schedule the task for th...

Triggering Events - Scheduler
I see there has been no change to include a scheduler feature to support scheduling tasks once each 2, or 3, or 4, etc. weeks. At this point I believe that my only option for handling this is to use the windows scheduler to copy a specific file in a folder on a once each 2, 3, or 4 week cycle that ...

Trigger - File Monitor
The watch for changed files is checked. I tried it again this morning and it works fine. I may have had something wrong with the process I am using to create the file used in the trigger. My real problem I had was forcing a process in the Actions list to wait until the prior action was finished. ...

Trigger - File Monitor
I have been trying to get my tasks to start when a new file with a specific name is updated to a specific directory. So far the robotask task does not start. Am I using the File Monitor trigger correctly. In the Folders field I enter the Drive and folder names (C:\data\access). In the Include Mas...

Triggering Events - Scheduler
The choices for the Scheduler only show "Every Day", "Every Week", or "Every Month", which is adequate for most date controlled triggers. I find that I also need to be able to show weekly events every 2nd week (every other week) or every 3rd or 4th.... week so that the...
