Import files into SharePoint 2010

The purpose is to have RoboTask watch a folder and auto

Import files into SharePoint 2010

I'd like to have Robotask watch a particular directory for file and import new files into SP.
Anyone have a method to import into SharePoint 2010?
Thanks.
