Any idea how I could get my crystal report to run under another user other than the Localsystem account?

No, it is on.  This option only applies when you are running the service as "Local System account".  The crystal report doesn't work even with this selected.  That is why I was trying to use another log on.
Is there a line command to unhide robotask?

I uninstalled the service and then reinstalled it.  The green Icon seems to come back.  If I change the service from the service panel to run as the administrator the green icon disappears and won't come back until I reinstall the service. I am using windows 2000 server.  The blue Icon comes up fine when I run the program version but the green icon is missing.  I was trying to get it to start the service as the administrator and it stopped working.  I switched it back to running as "system" and it is still missing.
