Please can you inform me if you can execute a command from the Command Prompt? For example, if I use to call "iisreset /restart" what's the simplest way to do this without the need to create a new BAT file?

You may simply use the following parameters in "Run Program/Open document" action
Program name: iisreset
Parameters: /restart
Program name: iisreset
