NT service stops responding

Hello,
Suddenly last weekend the Robotask NT service stops responding in the middle of the night. The time that this occur is various. Also the interactive desktop is not available when i log on to the machine.
Does anyone have a idea to solve this. We run version 2.5

I forgot to mention that even the service cannot be stopped normally.
