Monthly Scheduling Issue in 4.4

I am a previous Automate user and have downloaded 4.4 for evaluation. When I try to set up a run schedule for the Last Day of the Month by selecting Every Month the box below remains empty. What have I done wrong or is there an issue with 4.4?
