Email request

So I work in a call center and I get requests all day to give agents what we call manual dials so they can dial out. Basically i get emails the state MD, manual, or manual dial and then followed by a number for that agent. i want to create an automated task that sees this email then performs the task in another program on my pc. How would i go about this. Sorry im a complete noob on this stuff.

Look at the Email group of actions .
You can configure some mail robot which can get messages from POP3 server, analyze them and do some other actions depending on messages.
