Macro and the text typed on the keyboard

I decided to test the program Robotask and I think that is great!
But I have a problem with one thing. I have a list of contractors and box which allows me to filter the list. Robotask did not want to memorize the text input from the keyboard. I want to remember what I was doing and automatically przefiltrowa³ partners, chose one and create a report. How to use Robotas can achieve this result?

RoboTask can intercept only mouse actions now, because the configuration of mouse actions is more difficult.
I think that you can insert any keystrokes in necessary positions of the task with no problems.
