RoboTask doesn't control menu of external program. Maybe this is the behavior of your application...... but the menu that pops up shows on some other part of the screen instead of down by the Systray where ...
I tried to create similar task. It open Viber interface from systray. It works fine

Save the text of the task to a file and use menu Task->Import to import the task into RoboTask.
