...how often the "Windows Watcher" trigger checks whether a window is present.
By default Window watcher checks windows every 500 ms
You can change it in trigger editor ( button "Plugin settings")
I therefore asked for a different solution...
Triggers must work all the time. Yes, some resources are consumed to run a trigger. But if you do not use a trigger, the task will not be started automatically.
Another solution is to start the task manually and disable (or remove) triggers.

Hi Oleg,

Thank you for your quick reply. I have now disabled the "cyclic" trigger in the hope that the "Windows Watcher" trigger, which is set to 500 ms, will recognize and process all Outlook windows created. I'll get back to you with feedback on whether it works.

Best regards, Ján

Also you can use Hot key trigger.
But this method is almost the same as starting the task manually.

No, if you automate, then automate properly.

Thank you

Good morning Oleg,

I think I have managed to process all the windows. I simply switched three "Window Watcher" triggers one after the other and in each "Window Watcher" a different "Watch for ..." setting in each window watcher (see screenshot).
