RoboTask registration issue

I was using the eval version of RoboTask 4.2 before it expired. I just purchased the license today to continue using it. It prompted me for the reg code. I entered it and it said it was successful, and to restart RoboTask.
But when I restarted it nothing happens. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it twice with no luck. Each uninstall it says that some items didn't get uninstalled and that I can remove them manually.
I'm assumming there must be a registry item that's not getting cleared that's preventing RoboTask from starting.
Can you please help.

I've just checked your registration key it is valid.
You should input registration key or any part of registration message with the key and RoboTask will extract the key itself.
When you input the key you should stop RoboTask and start it again.
Pay attention that RoboTask is not being stoped if you click on the cross button at top-right corner. It is only being minimized into the tray icon by default.
In order to stop RoboTask go to menu Task->Exit
Also you can simply reboot the computer.

The scenario you're mentioning is assuming I'm already in Robotask which I'm not because the trial period has expired.
The trial period had expired which means I couldn't get into Robotask without entering the registration code. When I entered the code it said thanks for registering and to restart Robotask. When I clicked on the robotask icon the cursor turns into an hourglass then nothing.
Robotask is NOT in the sys tray. I also checked task manager and its not running any processes. I'm running win xp pro SP3 and I'm the admin.
The problem seems to be when the trial period has expired and you are requested to enter the reg code BEFORE you can get into Robotask. When the reg code is copied/pasted in and you close the dialog box, and try to get into Robotask after entering your reg code it does nothing. Does that mean it doesn't like my reg code?

I've answered to private email.
It seems you get problems with DEP on your computer.
Try to add RoboTask into exclusion list of the DEP.
