I am looking to use robotask to attach files to individual records in a windows xp environment.  The files (pdf's) have individual names on them and robotask would need to take the name off the file and type it into the query box to pull up the record, then attach the file.  Can it do this?

Yes of course. You can retrieve names of files in the loop (for example) and put them anywhere as you wish.
