Hi

I remote desktop into my PC running windows7 and can only
schedule/automate the task which involves 2 mouse clicks and one move
when the window is open.

Is there a way to do this without having the Remote desktop connection
active?

I'm afraid that this is impossible, because Windows ignores simulation of keyboard and mouse in locked session.

The session should be unlocked if you want to use interactive actions.
