Is it possible to set variable name with string robotask
read from text file?
(ie read string from file or input dialog and use it as
variable name)

You can set variable names explicitly only now. You can't use other variables in variable name.
Probably we'll add such functionality in future.

Now you can try some trick with basic script like in this example.
