Best way to use Robotask service ?

Now I have my License to use Robotask, I have several
questions but they are as follows:
What is the best way to use Robotask service?
(I'm using Robotask v5.2.1 on Win2008 x64)
Maybe it will help others
Is it mandatory to install Robotask with “Run as
administrator” if current user is an Administrator?
If I want to use a specific user to run Robotask service,
I just need to change log on user in “windows Services”?
Nothing else to do?
Now I want to add a task to my service but I don’t see
the “Green Icon”. I’m trying to connect by “mstsc /admin”
or “mstsc /admin /console” but I never see the “green
icon”.
So I need to:
1) Stop Robotask service
2) Launch Robotask desktop,
3) Change tasks directory to “Program files(x86)/Tasks”
4) Restart Robotask
5) Create my task
6) Stop Robotask desktop
7) Start Robotask service
Is it best way to do this?
May be there is an other way to add/modify tasks in
Robotask service?
But now, if I don’t want to stop Robotask service, before
to launch Robotask desktop. For example: if I want only
to see tasks state without stop all tasks.
If I have cyclic tasks, they will be launched twice: one
by Robotask service and one by Robotask desktop.
Have you an idea to resolve this point?
Thanks for your resonses
