FTPS upload issue

I'm having difficulty uploading via FTPS. FTPS login succeeds. The upload error message is "Upload file fails with message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond." I can upload files using RoboTask and regular FTP.
FTP and FTPS both work with Filezilla, so I know the account works.
Ideas?

I think you mean SSL FTP actions. Correct?
Try to use passive mode at logon (see screenshot below)

I've already tried that one. It fails in passive or active mode.

Could you give me the test account on your server?
You can sent username and password to me via email (to oleg(at)robotask.com)
Maybe some antivirus or firewall intercepts SSL traffic. For example I need to put FileZilla and RoboTask to excludes in order to force to work of SSL FTP actions on my computer.
