I am trying to set up a new task. I want to browse to a workstation (Windows 7), zip a file, and store it on a Server (Windows 2003). I have set the folder in a users "appdata" folder to be shared by everyone with read/write permissions. I can use a windows browser to browse there and copy the file out. When I try to set up the task and try to browse through network in the browser, as soon as I click the computer icon I get a message that says "Jeff-pc is not available...". I am having trouble with most of my Windows 7 workstations on this task. Thanks for any possible help.

How do you use RoboTask: as simple application or as system service?
In seems you try write files to network resource from service mode. It's correct?

Running as an application.

In any case this is some restriction of your system.
Maybe you ran RoboTask "As Administrator". In this case RoboTask works in another secure context and doesn't inherit your environment.
