Hi

I'm very new to this; have just downloaded a trial version of the software and want to text it out on downloading files that are behind a log in although I;m getting an error as follows:

13/06/2014 20:17:46: http://www.webgains.com/affiliates/vouc ... rogramid=1 redirected to http://www.webgains.com/loginform.html? ... =affiliate. New downloaded file name is loginform.html?user_type=affiliate

Another came back with Error 400 bad request.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong? It seems from all the documentation that this type of task is a straightforward one.

I think you tried to use "Download file" action.
This action works correctly if you download file by using direct link to file
It will fail if web server requires login information and redirects your request to a login form.

Try to use "Fill Web form"action. It can automatically fill up the form and download file.
