1. Where can I learn the coding syntax?
2. Where/What do I do to insert my new code?
3. Is there a Basic for Robotask v6.3? If so, where can I download it?

1. Where can I learn the coding syntax?
No coding. Only interactive editing of tasks and parameters of each step. RoboTask saves the task into text file similar to INI file.
You can export the task into separate file or import the task file into RoboTask
Use menu
Task->Export and
Task-Import (see screenshot)

Open the task in task editor and add or edit/remove necessary steps

RoboTask ver 6.3 already contains
Script Tools plugin with Java-script and Basic-script actions
