I'm doing reviewing of automation tools for my company and a major client.

I've done a couple few with prices ranging from free to $400/license

Basically RoboTask has almost all the features I was looking for except a few setbacks.

One major setback is that it can't compile into a executable which I can port to other systems without installing the software.

Although I find the price for the license is reasonable, I cannot
imagine suggesting buying 20-100 licenses for the whole company.

RoboTask works as interpreter of own scripts. Each script uses almost all of runtime code of RooTask. There is another advantage of this mode: single task can work with interaction with other tasks.

Regarding to pricing:
RoboTask have a volume discounts. You can see it on order page. For example: 100 licenses costs $3495.00 (i.e. $34.95 per license)

This is one of the areas that I liked about RoboTask.
I could actually "nest" the Tasks which was very useful.

This price would be very attractive if we would to compare against AutoMate6 which I feel its price is rocket high.

Compiling an executable would better ease deployment in the case of my company.
Let's take a PC vendor or System Integrator company for example:

-The customer wants 500 new PC systems with Microsoft Office.
All should Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
100 of them with additional Outlook and Acrobat Reader
Balance 100 of them with Adobe Design Suite Installed and Outlook
