First , sorry for possible bad englsh, I am not english speaker.
My questions are:
Why I don´t can copy a file that is in temporary internet files folder? How could I solve this problem? If is not possible, how can I save the page showing at internet explorer with robotask?

Do you want to save current page in browser?
You can send a keystrokes to browser's window.
For example, for Internet Explorer you should send this combination:
%(F)A{ENTER}

%(F) - Alt-F, show File Menu
A - select "Save as" option
{ENTER} - press OK for saving with default name.
