Is it possible to define a Dialog to be modal

Currently, Firefox is my main working window and Dialog detects the window title change and opens but behind firefox.

This is totally random and I have a workaround by creating another task that looks for the dialog window title, minimizes it and then restores it. While this works, it is annoying.

Unfortunately, this effect appears randomly.
There is a mechanism in the code for this dialog to bring it to the top, but sometimes it fails.

Another annoying 'feature' present also in version 9 is that dialog requires two(2) clicks, one from the list of items and second click from Ok.

With version 7, using scripting, it is a single click from dialog to move process
