monitor a New folder

Would like to know how to setup a task to monitor when a new folder (named with a 5 digit number) is created.
There is the "File Monitor" triggering event for this purpose. It can monitor the changes of files and folders. By default it monitors files only, but you can change the settings (see "Monitor folders" checkbox).
"File Monitor" can save the list of new files (and/or folders) into specified text file and you can process it as you wish.
