- action "File Monitor": now does not triggers a task after creating or editing

I am using 2.0.3 and I like how this bug works. Lets say I have the
"File Monitor" to check for changes every 1 hour, but sometimes, I want
to manually click "Monitor for changes now" so I don't have to wait
until the next scheduled trigger. Does the current version 2.4 have a
"Monitor for changes now" feature?
