Robotask Alerts in Windows Notifications?

Hello. I am trying to figure out why the Show Notification or Show Message/Play Sound tasks are not showing up in the Windows Notification center when they are executed. I have turned on the ability for Robotask to show messages there from the Windows Notification settings but nothing is being written there. We are still on version 8.2.0.1034

These actions works only
within current user session.
For example, if you try to use these actions in service mode, you won't see anything.

Yes. I am logged in as a normal windows user. The actual notifications in Robotask work like they should. However, I expected them to be logged in the Windows Notification Center as well. Is this not the case?

You should use "Tray icon balloon" option in Notification kind field
In this case action uses system notification system
