Send KeyStrokes in intervals of 10 seconds (looping)

Hi, im newbie
I need to send keystrokes continuously every 10 seconds to Microsoft Outlook (F9 to send/receive mails).

Send Keys to "Microsoft outlook"
Delay 5 sec
End Loop

Don´t work, the task works 1 time and ends
Whats wrong?

How many times do you want to repeat this operation?
What parameters in
Simple loop action?
Why do you use
Delay 5 sec if you want to repeat this every 10 sec?

Don´t work, the task works 1 time and ends
Do you have some error messages?

Sorry its 5 seconds the interval

Do you have some error messages?
No error message, the outlook dont do nothing. Only works 1 time and ends
