Issue with Password Change Process on Mobile – Need Clarification

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered a frustrating issue while changing my password on Robotask. After updating my password, I found that I couldn’t sign in on my phone using the new password.

It turns out that I needed to sign in with my old password first to receive a prompt to enter the new one. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the instructions, and it almost led to me losing all my data as I was unsure if I was entering the correct new password.

Can someone explain why this process isn’t more clearly communicated? Is there a specific procedure or best practice to follow when changing passwords to avoid this problem in the future?

Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Which password? RoboTask does not have passwords for access
After updating my password, I found that I couldn’t sign in on my phone using the new password.
Where are you trying to log in? I'm afraid I don't understand you.
