Log on and Report

Can this software?
1. Log on to a website or software
2. Input specific data in required text fields and submit
(System will pop up data in excel)
3. Notice excel file has been created in predefine directory.
4. then manipulate the spread sheet data, as defined by the user. Graphs etc.
