Hi there!

I'm working on creating a break reminder for my computer that triggers based on mouse activity. Instead of showing a reminder every fixed 40 minutes, I want the timer to start only after detecting mouse movement—so it counts 40 minutes of activity starting from when the user begins using the mouse.

Look at the trigger "On Idle"
Use "Reverse mode". The trigger will run the task when you move mouse or press key after specified pause.

In the task put the pause 40 minutes and some alert
