FTP delete file not working?

It keeps saying that "no such file exists" even though the file does exist on my server? Why won't it delete it? Spelling is correct.......

Some FTP servers has case-sensitive names of files

I know about that and it's spelled correctly......I even tried a file called "welcome.htm" and it still didn't remove it. The FTP delete does not work.......what's up? I tried the upload and that works but my delete is not working??? Any suggestions?

Can someone please try it.....I'm telling you it doesn't work on my end. It logged in and moved a file bit it won't delete it.......I'm going to move over to Automate this is a hassle.

It still doesn't work. Why would I want to change a folder anyways?

I got it to work with the change folder command now. Thanks.
Can you please explain what hat command does and why it wouldn't work without it?
