I have RoboTask 2.6 and I have problems with packing files when resulted file is bigger than 2GB. Is this problem solved in version 3.1 ? If no, do you have any recommendation for external packer (preferable freeware) ?

Unfortunately we have noticed this malfunction not long ago too.
Try external archiver 7zip (freeware) http://www.7-zip.org/ . Installation package contains GUI, command-line versions, and documentation.
