When installed as a service in a terminal server 2003 under a system account with "interact with desktop": The macros do not seem to execute from RDP session users. Any workaround.

Any NT services can't interact with desktop in terminal sessions. This is restriction of terminal server.
You can see RoboTask green icon and main window only in local console.
Also you can run terninal client with admin option:
%systemroot%\system32\mstsc.exe /admin
In this case you catch local console session.
We discussed this earlier.
Also, pay attention that RoboTask have different task folders in application and service modes.
