I want my VPN interent connection to start automatically with Windows. My question is what is the simplest and fastest way to achieve this?

What I tried first was to click the shortcut icon for the VPN connection by the macro. It works but it is a somewhat primitive way.

I noticed that I can assign a key combination and I did so. It works, too but for some unknown reason the connection process starts with a big delay.

The very simplest thing - to run the shortcut as if opening a file gives an error.

I think I stumbled upon the solution: just copy the icon in the StartUp follder (found here: "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup". It runs without any problem.
