Problem with the updates screen.  This screen comes up every time I boot up my computer, even though I have it set to check every 7 days.  When I click on "close", I get the message - Cannot create    C:\programdata\robotask\updates.xml  Access is denied.
The only way I can get rid of the updates screen is to bring up the Windows Task Manager and click on "End Task"
Thanks  Carroll

This problem is appear under Windows Vista with a few user accounts on this computer.
I'm afraid that you have to remove updater data manually in order to solve the problem.
- Log on as administrator
- Go to C:\ProgramData\ folder. This is higgen folder and you may to enter the folder name manually in the addres line of windows explorer
- Remove the folder named RoboTask.
- Log off from administrator.

We already have fixed this problem in latest version and you may download it from our site.
