I am fairly new to RoboTask but love the product thus far. I have already created several scripts, but now I have a strange problem.Shen I try to get the Variables list from any step, nothing happens and if I try to add a variable related step (e.g. Set Variable) the OK button is grey.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably you have entered invalid variable name.
Button "OK" is disabled in the following cases:
- variable name is empty
- variable contains invalid characters (non letter or numeric): {, }, spaces, /, \, etc.
- variable name matches with the name of some system variable.

Also when you selected the "Variable name" field the button "{V}" doesn't work, because you have to enter variable name manually.
