RoboTask forum

One issue that I am running into is that I have so many tasks now scheduled, I have forgotten when they are scheduled.  Is there a way to generate a list of all scheduled tasks in RoboTask and, most importantly, the time each task is scheduled to start?
This list is critical to me as many of my scheduled tasks send key stroke actions to windows and dialog boxes.  I learned the hard way that when 2 tasks are started and both are sending keystrokes to active windows it is a failure.  Now, I need to add more tasks to Robotask and its been 6 months since I last added a task so I wondered if there is a report that generates a list of all scheduled tasks and their respective start time.
If not, is there a workaround other than openning each scheduled task and manually writing down on paper when it starts.  THANKS.
 
 
 

You can get complete list of task and sort it by status.

- Turn off tasks tree (Options -> View Tree )
- Sort the list by status (click on Status column header)

All scheduled tasks will be together and each task have the status like this:
Idle (Scheduler (12.02.2010 19:00))

Thus you can see the list of all scheduled tasks with next scheduling time.
