How to Automate Daily Backup Tasks in RoboTask?

Hello everyone,
I’m new to RoboTask and currently exploring its automation features. I want to create a task that automatically backs up specific folders from my computer to an external drive every day at a set time. I’ve looked through the basic tutorials, but I’m still not sure how to use the conditions and actions effectively to avoid overwriting files or missing backups. Can anyone guide me through the best way to set this up in RoboTask? Also, are there any example templates or shared tasks available on the forum that I could learn from?

To backup some folder use Synchronize Folders
To set specific time attach Scheduler trigger to your task
