Error in syncronize netwok folder

Hi, I have a problem.
Syncronize network folder with a local folder doesn't work. It ends without syncronizing.
Can you help me?

How do you use RoboTask: as application or NT Service?
What operating system do you use?

I use robotask as a service in Windows Server 2003 OS.

You have to specify authentication parameters of RoboTask. By default RoboTask can't access to network drives in service mode.
