Error ftp synchronization

I have a problem in ftp synchronization.I have Robotask v. 3.5.2.With small file it works fine, but with big one it has error. It start download, at the end of the file it has this error:W: 29/12/2009 21.16.00: FtpGetFile fails with message: (12002) The operation timed outE: 29/12/2009 21.16.00: FtpGetFile('/2009-12-29/200504/ListaImmagini_200504.pdf') fails with message: The connection with the server was resetthan it deletes the file and stop the task.Can I solve this problem?

We'll investigate the problem.
Answer a couple questions, please:
Does this problem appear always or sometimes?
What size of the file and what speed of the internet connection (approx)?

With big files it appears always.
100Mb file size and a 2Mbit connection.
The problem occured when it takes more then 5 minutes for downloading a single file.
