Use menu in running software

Hi, I need to run Firefox after that open an plugin with own menu.
I didn't find information in manual what means "Windows Caption\Windows class\Control text\Control class"
They uses in "Move to object" action.

How to manipulate an software by using menu ?

It's better to use keyboard if you want to use menu.
For example Alf-F calls File menu (as a rule). The combination for Send Keystroke action is %(F)
Single Alt-key activates main menu of a window (use "%()" in send keystrokes). Next you can use arrow-keys to choose necessary menu item.

Pay attention that many menu items have hot-key combination for direct call of the item.
