Hi,

i want to ask about license,
1. if i have purchase the license, how i know the license will be expired? how to check it?
and is any command to do it (checking license)

2. is any interface for user only, that can do read only, not write/excute for this robotask?

3. if i want to upgrade version of robotask, can i do without new license?
is this license is for all version or not?

note : we use a robotask for company. for 1 computer.

Your current license will not expire. You can use your current version forever. We keep all previous versions on our site and you always can download necessary version if it's necessary.
By default new license includes 1 year of free updates. This means that you can download and use new versions which has been released during 1 year since your purchase the license.
Your license will be valid for these versions too.

3. if i want to upgrade version of robotask, can i do without new license?
is this license is for all version or not?

If you want to use latest version of RoboTask, but 1 year of free updates period is over, you should purchase at least 1 year of free updates.
We will send new registration key to you.

we have a user, but we want he can only read / view the process, he cant create new task / modify current task

You can lock editor by password. See screenshot below:

i try to lock Task editor, and it seem i still can run task and edit task.
why ? is there i try on evaluation version ?

and if we has forget the password lock editor, how i can unlock it?

When you lock thask editor you can run task but you can't:

• edit task
• edit task tree
• import task
• edit list of global variables

You MUST remenber the password.

how to run robotask with guest mode on windows, i mean without login admin.?
its possible to run from other komputer? for example, robotask installed on PC production, and user can access to run task from other computer that robotask.

You should run RoboTask as system service.

You can access to RoboTask remotely via Network from other RoboTask on another computer.

Hi Oleg ,

I want to ask,
Is possible to switch/exchange the license between 2 server ?
For example, i have server A. After project server A is already done, and i get new server 3 month later, whether the license can be exchanged?
How to solve this case without buy new license?
License has not been used up to 5 months and will be use for new server.
