Hello,
we have a task with a scheduler entry to run it every day. Unfortunately it will never start by itself. I tried different time settings, but I can run it only by manual start.
The task ist enabled, the triggering event, too. Dozens of other task are working fine every day, starting before and after this problematic task.
Is there a known issue regarding use of schedulder?
What could we do?
We are using Robotask 6.5.0.885, OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1, Server is virtual.
Thanks.
Task doesn't start by scheduler
Re: Task doesn't start by scheduler
Check please this:
- the task is enabled
- the trigger (scheduler) is switched on.

Also are you sure that your computer is alive at 5:58AM?

We restarted our VM yesterday and in this morning it worked fine.
So, you don't really have an idea about a possible reason?
With your experience would you recommend to restart the VM frequently e.g. every weekend?
