Copy/Move Email in Outlook

I have a situation that if RoboTask would work would be
great. I need to monitor the Deleted files folder in
Outlook and when a file appears I need to move or copy it
to another folder. Rules will not work with the deleted
files folder and I need to have some way to archive for compliance. I cannot figure out how to do it and my trial
version is only good for another week. Any help would be
appreciated.

RoboTask can monitor files on the disk directly.
The monitoring of messages in Outlook is very specific task, because Outlook keeps own messages in own format at own datafiles.
So, access to messages from outside is very problematic.
